Oak Island Condos
Oak Island averages 1 mile across by 12.6 miles long, making it Brunswick County's largest Island. It consists of the Town of Oak Island and the Town of Caswell Beach. The Island has a complex coastal ecosystem with areas of salt marsh, freshwater wetlands, maritime forests, and miles of beach strand.
The town boasts many beautiful and maintenance-free Oak Island condos, 65 public beach accesses on miles of sandy beaches, fishing docks and piers, boat ramps and many other access points to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Davis Canal, making it the perfect location for fishing, boating, kayaking and other water activities. Area businesses, like piers and marinas, restaurants and ice cream shops, cater to full-time residents as well as vacationers.
The Town of Oak Island is a family-friendly beach community with a small-town atmosphere. It's North Carolina's largest coastal community and has ample public access to the waters surrounding it. The beautiful live oak trees that cover the island are its namesake. The town covers much of the island itself, and also includes areas on the mainland around both bridges. Oak Island condos here are affordable and a good alternative to a house requiring high upkeep.
