Back in the early 2000’s, most of the developers were selling homesites in the $70s - $100K. By the mid 2000s, with demand at an all time high along with a limited inventory, prices shot up to the $300 and $400s for the same 1/3 of an acre sites. Today every developer in the country is struggling to sell land yet prices have not come down all that much, unless though you contact a general real estate broker such as Carolina Plantations Real Estate and ask about Resales.
