Beautiful Holden Beach is located along the coast of North Carolina, halfway between Wilmington, North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The town is on an Atlantic coastal barrier island known as the Southern Brunswick Islands, facing south onto the Long Bay region of Brunswick County. There are close to 900 full-time residents that call Holden Beach “home”, however, the island’s population climbs to over 10,000 in mid-summer.
The Holden Beach area offers more than 8 miles of pristine, sandy beachfront and a year round moderate temperature that you’re sure to love. The island attracts many people that start out as vacationers but eventually want to relocate to this unique, quiet, family-oriented location.
