F.R.O.G.s are Not Slimy, They are Cozy and Useful

When you and your loved ones plan to explore the planned communities in southeastern North Carolina, you will find a few common elements to the floor plans.  One thing that you will hear Realtors and on-site agents speak of are FROGs!

Many of the clients from the northeast sometimes wonder, “what in the world….” This is a description of Finished Room Over Garage.  Living on or near the coast, the water table is close to the surface, so basements are almost non-existent in many of the new homes built in the Master Planned Communities throughout the south.

Many homeowners use FROGS as bonus rooms, studies, a game area or theater, and in some cases, there is enough space to add a full size bathroom, so it makes for a perfect in-law suite or space for the kids or grandchildren when they come to visit.

There are many functions for the FROG.  We suggest you contact your designer or builder for an idea on how to utilize the FROG.
