Panther’s Run Regional award-winning designer, Tim Cate created this master piece.  The course offers a challenge with the numerous water features.  Golfers at all levels will enjoy this course and its benefits, such as having 2 sets of woman’s tees.  Panther’s Run measures 7,086 yards and is a par 72 course.  This wonderfully designed course offers homes and homesites for you to choose to make Ocean Ridge Plantation your final destination in the Carolina’s.  Panther’s Run is probably the most day to day playable course for golfers of all levels.

Lion’s Paw Another masterpiece aware-winning course that was designed with the influences of Tim Cate.  Lion’s Paw  offers one of the grandest Clubhouses and pro shops of all clubs at the “Big Cats, which is shared by the Panther’s Run course.” Water is to be factored in on 15 of the holes on this 7,003 yard course.  Wooded cart paths stretch into the maritime forest and are speckled with lovely 4-sided architecturally influenced homes.  And while this is the original course of the Big Cats, this tract can provide plenty of challenges as the trees are maturing and making some of the holes rather tight.

Jaguar’s Lair hopes to someday be the newest planned course by Tim Cate.  This will be an 18-hole course with a grand clubhouse that will take all the awards when completed.  There will be a mix of all the “Big Cats” influences on the design and play.  Less wooded, Cate has grand ideas to incorporate local landscaping with many water features.  Currently this course has stopped all work on it and the future of it is cloudy at best.
