The Meadow Park I.  This cottage style is set off as your get-a-way as you walk through the gate and front porch area.  An outdoor fireplace is a fun feature of this plan.  Upon entering the cottage, you will find the Master suite and guest room on the first floor.  The stairs are located as you enter the cottage will take you to the top level that hosts the kitchen, great room and access to the screen porch off the dining area.

The Meadow II.  A second floor plan of this group offers a variety in design.  This cottage hosts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathes and is just over 1000 square feet.  Upon entering the cottage, you will find the great room, opening to the kitchen and just off the rear of the cottage is the master suite with large bathroom.  This cottage is ideal for those looking for a single story cottage with flexibility to host your family of friend.

The Meadow III.  This cottage give you the ideal coastal bungalow living. You will find the Master Suite and the kitchen and great room all on the first floor.  Your guest will enjoy a large guest bath and suite on the second floor.  They will enjoy the cool fall evenings on the covered porch that runs the length of the second story.
